How to get a notification of unread mails at logon

• Use transaction SO16 to change the Shared office settings.
• Un-check “No notification of unviewed mails at logon”.
• When the user logs on to the R/3 System a dialog box appears informing them of new messages. The user can go from the dialog box directly to the inbox.
